Dream of Xisha

In the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger in 2022, I started my dream trip to Xisha on the South China Sea cruise. I am the 88996th tourist from Xisha.

Xisha Islands is one of the four major islands in the South China Sea and a sacred territory of the motherland. The sea is vast and there are many precious marine life. It sails from Sanya Port at 5 pm on the second day of the New Year, and arrives at Xisha in the South China Sea at 7 am the next day (the third day of the first month), sailing for 14 hours. My husband and I live in a standard room for two on the eighth floor of Nanhai Cruise. We all ate on the cruise at noon in the morning and at night, and the food and accommodation were good. In the morning, we transferred from the South China Sea cruise ship to Pikwating and headed for the first small island, Yuyin Island. Yuyin Island is one of the most beautiful islands in Xisha Islands, located in the north of Yongle Island in Xisha Islands, with an area of 0.0 1 square kilometer. It only takes about 30 minutes to go around the island. A ship full of 15 people takes ten minutes to reach the shoal, but it has to wade tens of meters to reach the island. The name of Yuyin Island comes from an ancient shipwreck of Zheng He's voyage to the West. Many silver dollars were found in the cabin of the ship, so later generations named this island Yuyin Island.

Nine fishermen live in yuyin island. The house was built with the help of the government. At the same time, a small generator room and a drinking water treatment pool were built. Islanders live by fishing. Visitors can visit their houses at will or go to their seafood stalls to taste delicious seafood. The sea party, seashells, conchs and fish here are all alive. Catch, kill and cook now. The water around Yuyin Island is colorful from light green to dark green, and then to blue. You can see white sand at a glance in the shallow sea, and it is easy to catch the sea party and conch. Visitors to Yuyin Island must attend the flag-raising ceremony. At 10 in the morning, tourists and islanders raised the national flag and sang the national anthem together on 4 19, and experienced a good patriotic education.

Before the arrival of the China Navy, fishermen used knives, forks, iron bars and water to grab all available tools on board to fight with the South Vietnamese army, which shot and killed China fishermen. At that time, the troops (South China Sea Fleet) sent by China government were in June,1974+June, 65438. The sinking of 1 Vietnamese frigate and three destroyers (provided by the US), the South Vietnam War (when Vietnam was not reunified), 18 China's navy died heroically and defended the coastal defense of the motherland with its life. At that time, China was poor and its war equipment was backward, but the adherents behind the scenes in South Vietnam insisted on advanced foreign guns and warships supported by the United States. They despised China, but never imagined that China people who were not afraid of death approached with boats and fought with knives, driving the enemy away.

The second island I went to was Fukushima, uninhabited and barren. There are no plants and fresh water, but 56 kinds of rare wild coral reefs have been found in the sea area of the island. Due to the influence of monsoon, the size and shape of the island change year by year with the beating of waves, but China declared the whole Fukushima as the standard name of the island in 1983. The whole Fukushima is about 8 nautical miles away from Echo Island. Standing all over Fukushima, you can see the buildings and trees on the island. The whole Fukushima is 360 meters long from east to west and 240 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of about 0.02 square kilometers, which is twice that of Yuyin Island. Zhou Haishui is clear and transparent. Can you see the underwater scenery at a glance? The sea water is extremely pure and completely natural. ? Standing by the sea, let the waves beat and let the sea kiss, I don't want to leave for a long time. Only the camera in my hand recorded this wonderful moment, which I will never forget.

Now that the motherland is strong, advanced aircraft carriers, frigates and destroyers form the iron wall of China's coastal defense. Western countries led by the United States dare not die in the South China Sea, and the China Navy will definitely kill them! China's airspace and territorial waters are inviolable!
