How to draw a handwritten newspaper on Children's Day?

On Children's Day, the lottery method of handwritten newspaper is as follows:

Tools/raw materials: paper, pens, pigments.

1. First, draw an airplane in the upper left corner of the handwritten newspaper, draw a banner behind the airplane, and write the theme in the middle of the banner, as shown below.

2. Draw lace along the edge of the handwritten newspaper and draw a little girl in the lower right corner of the handwritten newspaper. The little girl has a balloon in her hand and uses it as a border, as shown in the picture below.
