Imported gasoline engine is a power source that uses gasoline as fuel and converts chemical energy into mechanical energy through combustion.

Single-cylinder four-stroke gasoline generator is mainly composed of energy conversion system, ignition system, oil supply system, speed regulation system, gas distribution system and other main systems.

The working performance, system composition and common faults of main systems are briefly introduced.

1, energy conversion system: mainly composed of cylinder head, piston, piston ring, connecting rod and crankshaft.

Common faults are: insufficient oil-piston and connecting rod pull cylinder; Crankshaft and connecting rod are locked; The connecting rod is broken.

The piston ring wears for a long time, which leads to black smoke (burning oil).

2. Ignition system: mainly composed of igniter, spark plug and flywheel magnetic steel.

Common faults are: ignition and spark plug are broken-the engine won't start.

Attention should be paid to the maintenance of ignition system: the gap between igniter and flywheel is 0.4 0.1mm.

3. Oil supply system: mainly composed of carburetor, carburetor partition, carburetor paper pad, air filter, oil tank and oil pipe.

Common faults are: no fuel-the engine can't start;

Insufficient oil supply, paper pad leaking, air filter clogging-unstable rotation speed and reduced power.

4. Speed control system: mainly composed of speed control gear, swing lever, throttle return spring, speed control tension spring, pull rod, carburetor throttle (integrated with carburetor) and throttle bracket.

Common faults are: the position and elasticity of the reset spring and the speed regulating tension spring change-the speed is unstable and the power drops.

High-speed galloping is caused by the intermittent changes of swing lever and speed regulating gear.
