Evolution of organizational system in Kedong County

The former site of Puyu Road, a major town in northern China in Jin Dynasty, was in Jincheng Ancient City Village.

In the eighteenth year of the Republic of China, the eastern border of Keshan County was set aside and the Dangdong Unregulated Bureau was established, with Zhili Province as Heilongjiang Province.

In July of the second year of the Puppet Manchukuo Datong, the county government was reorganized and the Kedong County Office was established.
