What is the main reason why the mixture is too thick?

The reasons why the engine mixture is too rich are: firstly, the idling speed and the engine meeting the torque lead to the engine mixture being too rich; Second, oxygen induction failure; Third, the air intake test is not accurate. Automobile mixture is a mixture of fuel and air, usually referring to a mixture of gasoline, diesel and air.

The method to judge the fault of rich mixture: the engine is difficult to start and easy to stall, which can be judged by checking the fuel system when the engine fails to start. If gasoline seeps from the throttle shaft and carburetor float chamber bushing, remove the spark plug. If the electrode is found to be soaked by gasoline, it can be judged that the mixture is too rich. If the engine starts and the speed is uneven, the muffler makes a rhythmic "chug chug" sound, which is more obvious at low speed. The throttle suddenly opened, and it improved instantly, and a lot of black smoke came out of the exhaust pipe. It can also be judged that the engine has a fault of too rich mixture.

The inspection mainly starts from the following six points:

1. Check and adjust the oil level in the carburetor float chamber.

2. Check whether there is blockage and air leakage in the engine oil circuit, whether the gasoline pump and the gasoline filter are normal, and whether the gasoline filter is blocked should be cleaned or replaced.

3, check and adjust the carburetor main measuring hole oil supply.

4. Check whether the oil pipe on the oil tank is blocked.

5. Check whether the gaskets of the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold are loose, leaking or damaged.
