What is the function of the throttle lock of automatic transmission?

For hydraulic automatic transmission, the throttle valve is used to reflect the throttle opening. The function of the throttle valve is to generate control oil pressure proportional to the throttle opening and transmit it to the main pressure regulating valve and shift valve to control the main oil pressure and shift. There are two kinds: mechanical throttle valve and vacuum throttle valve.
