It is said that more than 200 years ago, Jinmou, a villager in Luodong Town, passed by Xialing Village in Wuniu Town and saw clusters of tea trees growing particularly luxuriantly on the hillside, which sprouted early. Kim brought this cluster of tea trees back to the soil for planting. Because this kind of tea tree can be picked around the vernal equinox (one bud, two leaves or three leaves), it is about 15 days earlier than other varieties, so it is named "Wuniuzao", commonly known as "Jingzhe". In addition to early harvest, "Wuniuzao" has the characteristics of neat germination, roundness and clarity, even old and tender, and strong tenderness.
The product characteristic of Wuniu Zaocha is that it comes into the market early. "Morning" is the biggest feature and advantage of Wuniu morning tea. Black cow early tea is mined early, and the general fresh leaf picking period is from February 25th to April 5th every year. Tea is all pre-Ming tea, which was listed one month earlier than Dongting Biluochun and West Lake Longjing, ranking first in the domestic morning tea market, and the market share of morning tea ranks first in the province.
