Is beginning of autumn the same as Gao Qiu?

Beginning of autumn is 13 of the 24 solar terms and the first solar term in autumn. On August 7th or 8th every year, beginning of autumn is considered as the time when the sun reaches 135. Beginning of autumn's "stand" means the beginning, and "autumn" refers to the maturity of crops. Gao Qiu refers to the Double Ninth Festival on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month. "It's a sunny day, and the autumn is crisp." In the Book of Changes, nine is the yang number. The ancients took "nine" as the extreme, but in "Su Wen". "Nine Hou Lun" three parts, which said: "The number of heaven and earth starts from one and ends at nine." The ancients thought that nine was the highest number. In terms of time, beginning of autumn falls on August 7th or 8th or 9th every year, and the autumnal equinox falls on September 22nd or 23rd or 24th every year. Beginning of autumn stands for the beginning of autumn. From the climate point of view, in beginning of autumn season, some areas are still in a state of continuous high temperature, while the autumn equinox has gradually cooled down.
