For gasoline engines, the throttle valve controls the opening of the throttle valve, thus affecting the intake of the engine. After stepping on the accelerator, fresh air enters, and the fuel injection quantity controlled by ECU also increases, so the force generated by combustion also increases, driving the engine to run faster. The accelerator of an automobile engine is generally controlled by a pedal, also called an accelerator pedal, which is a device for controlling the fuel supply of the automobile engine. The operation of the accelerator pedal should be based on the right heel stepping on the cab floor, and the sole of the foot lightly stepping on the accelerator pedal, and stepping down or relaxing with the extension and flexion of the ankle joint. When stepping on the accelerator pedal, the force should be gentle, so that you can step on it gently and lift it slowly. When starting the engine, don't step on the accelerator pedal to the end, just slightly higher than the idle accelerator. When starting, it is best to refuel just before the clutch linkage point, and the throttle opening should be medium or small. Loosening the clutch should be closely coordinated with stepping on the accelerator, and the action should be agile. When operating, increase or decrease the throttle according to the road conditions and actual needs. The selected gear should be suitable, so that the engine can run at medium speed and large throttle most of the time to save fuel. When shifting gears, the coordination of refueling, stepping on the clutch and stepping on the accelerator should be coordinated. When the car goes uphill, it is not allowed to step on the accelerator. When using low gear, it is generally appropriate to step on the accelerator half. When the car goes down the slope, it is not allowed to step on the accelerator pedal to the end.
