The position adjustment method of the manipulator cylinder arm is as follows:

1. Confirm that the manipulator is in a safe state, turn off the power and move the manipulator to a safe position.

2. Check whether the working pressure and air pressure of the manipulator cylinder are within the correct range.

3. Open the manipulator controller and find the cylinder control parameters. In parameter setting, there is usually a setting item about cylinder position.

4. According to the instructions in the manipulator operation manual, adjust the cylinder position parameters one by one to make the positions of the two arms of the cylinder reach the best state.

5. After adjustment, test the manipulator to ensure the normal position adjustment of the arm.
