What should I do if the throttle switch of automobile engine is not flexible?
The reason for the looseness of the accelerator pedal linkage mechanism is that the length of the soft wire rope that affects the opening and closing of the accelerator door is improperly adjusted. When you step on the accelerator pedal, the engine speed can't go up, or the engine can't generate enough power without stepping on the accelerator pedal, and so on. Most of them are caused by insufficient tension of wire rope.
Solutions to such failures:
1. Unscrew the fixing bolts and nuts of the air filter, open the filter cover, and take out the filter, so that you can clearly see how the steel wire rope affects the opening and closing of the air valve.
2. If the bending amount of the wire rope is extremely small, it means that the wire rope is very tight. Even if the driver releases the accelerator pedal, the throttle cannot be completely closed, resulting in excessive fuel supply and extremely high waiting speed.
3. In addition, there is another inspection method, that is, step on the accelerator pedal to see if the throttle can stand upright, that is, fully open, to judge the fault.
