Delphi throttle assembly

Fault codes p 1253, p 1254 of Jiangling transit Delphi diesel engine. This situation shows that there is too much carbon on the inside of the engine throttle, and it is necessary to clean the engine throttle. After cleaning the throttle, this fault code can be eliminated. The specific operation steps for cleaning the throttle valve are as follows:

1. Remove the housing of the air cleaner.

2. You can see the throttle.

3. Move the throttle backwards and open the throttle.

4. Spray the accelerator cleaner on the paper towel, and spray more.

5. Wipe the inside of the throttle repeatedly with the paper towel sprayed with the throttle cleaning agent, so as to clean the carbon deposit on the inner wall of the throttle.

6. Replace the air filter and complete the operation.
