How to adjust the valve of the seventh generation Accord?

1. First, remove the wire harness from the Accord generator. Because there is a wire harness at the top of the engine valve cover, the wire harness at the top of the valve cover can only be removed by removing the two connectors of the generator.

2. After unplugging the wire harness, remove two fixing screws of the wire harness and four fixing screws of the ignition coil with a sleeve, and take out the coil.

3. Then remove the four ignition coils.

4. Use 10mm sleeves with different lengths to remove eight screws distributed on both sides of the valve cover, four on each side.

5. After removing the eight screws of the valve cover, loosen the iron buckle used to fasten the valve chamber ventilation pipe with iron tongs and move to one side.

6. Gently pry open the valve cover from the edge of the valve cover with a screwdriver and pull it out to the left.

7. After pulling out, you can see two valve adjustment knobs.

8. Turn the knob with a screwdriver to adjust the valve, turn the damper to the left and turn the damper to the right.
