It also has a direct impact on the accuracy and smoothness of engine intake. The most obvious problem is that it may cause idling jitter or even flameout, and the fuel valve speed is not smooth.

Why is the throttle so dirty? In fact, the outside air must be filtered by the air filter before entering the engine, but the air filter can't filter out all impurities and dust, so there will be impurities in the air attached to the throttle, which is more serious in heavily polluted areas.

If once the throttle is dirty to a certain extent, it has affected the work of the engine, then it needs to be cleaned at this time. At this time, the automatic air intake control of the driving computer will be inaccurate, and the work of the engine may be affected.

Under normal circumstances, the maintenance manual will recommend a cleaning at about 20,000 kilometers. It depends, of course. If the road is congested and polluted seriously, then the time can be advanced.

The most important thing is that the system must be reset after the throttle valve is cleaned. The trip computer will adjust the fuel injection quantity according to the signal feedback from the throttle valve. If it is not reset after cleaning, the fuel injection quantity will be controlled according to the original throttle opening, and there will be problems such as high temporary fuel consumption and unstable idle speed.
