Methods and materials of Laba porridge

Authentic Laba porridge is made of the following materials:

Raw materials: 30g of rice, 30g of millet, 30g of glutinous rice, 30g of coix seed, 30g of adzuki bean, 30g of mung bean, 50g of red kidney bean, 40g of lotus seed, 20g of jujube, 30g of longan pulp, 30g of peanut kernel and 50g of corn grits.

1. Soak Coicis Semen, corn residue, adzuki bean, mung bean, red kidney bean, lotus seed, peanut and jujube in water in advance; Wash rice, millet and glutinous rice.

2. Mix all kinds of raw materials, add longan pulp and appropriate amount of water, put them in a pressure cooker, cook them on high fire until SAIC, turn down the fire and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the fire and naturally exhaust.
