What kind of brick is aerated block?
The production of aerated concrete blocks can use a lot of industrial wastes such as fly ash, tailings and desulfurized gypsum, which is in line with the strategy of developing circular economy and belongs to a new wall material encouraged by national policies.
However, due to the different conditions of using local resources, the raw materials and formulas used are also different. Generally, products made of quartz sand (or tailings) are called "aerated sand blocks". It is the best self-insulation wall used as a filler wall for buildings.
Functional characteristics
1, light weight and high strength.
The absolute dry bulk density is 500-700kg/m3, which is 1/4 of standard brick and 1/3 of clay brick. Therefore, it can effectively reduce the self-weight of buildings, reduce the investment of foundation and structure, and is very suitable for all kinds of frame structures in industrial and civil buildings and buildings with poor geology.
2, heat preservation
The thermal insulation performance is 7 times that of clay brick, 10 times that of ordinary concrete and 3-4 times that of clay solid brick, and the thermal conductivity is usually 0.09-0. 17w/(m.k). Using 20cm thick product as external wall, its thermal insulation effect is equivalent to 49cm solid brick wall, which is warm in winter and cool in summer, greatly improving living conditions, saving energy and increasing building area.
