Due to carbon deposition in the combustion chamber, the heat dissipation is slow, which will cause nozzle blockage or oil dripping in serious cases. Fuel sticks to the nozzle head for a long time and burns, resulting in local high temperature, which will melt the nozzle and heat insulation sheath. ⑵ The fuel injection time is too late, the fuel injection advance angle is too small, the fuel injection time is too late, and the fuel combustion situation deteriorates. If it is not adjusted for a long time, local high temperature will melt the nozzle and heat insulation sheath. ⑶ There are small particles of impurities in unclean fuel, which will wear the needle valve and needle valve body at the fuel nozzle, and the needle valve will get stuck in the needle valve body in severe cases. When the needle valve is stuck behind, the fuel can't be injected into the combustion chamber regularly, quantitatively and quickly, and oil dripping or injection will occur. At this time, the fuel atomization is not good, the combustion speed is reduced, and the combustion time at the nozzle is prolonged, which eventually leads to the melting of the nozzle and the heat insulation sleeve. When this kind of fault occurs, the diesel engine will emit black smoke and shake.
