Is pulmonary sarcoidosis serious?

Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a kind of epithelial granuloma with non-caseous necrosis, which is characterized by cough, expectoration, chest tightness, blood in sputum, pneumothorax and pleural effusion. In severe cases, pulmonary bullae are formed, and the disease is more serious.

To treat pulmonary sarcoidosis, alveolitis should be treated first, and some antibiotics, such as ceftriaxone sodium and penicillin, should be used appropriately, which has certain curative effect.
