Reading of throttle position sensor circuit

When the driver operates the accelerator pedal, the accelerator pedal position sensor collects the voltage signal and inputs it to the engine control unit. The engine control unit obtains other working condition information and various sensor signals, such as engine speed, gear position, throttle position, air conditioning energy consumption, etc. And calculate all the torque required by the whole vehicle. By compensating the expected throttle opening, the optimal throttle opening is obtained and the corresponding voltage signal is sent to the drive circuit module. Throttle drive device G 186 (throttle drive motor) makes the throttle reach the optimal opening position. Throttle position sensors G 187 and G 188 feed back throttle opening signals to the engine control unit to form closed-loop position control.

Structure and working principle of throttle control unit

The throttle position sensor circuit is shown in the following figure. Terminal T80/55 of Motronic control unit J220 outputs 5V voltage signal to terminal T6ad/2 of throttle control unit J338; T6ad/6 terminal of J338 is a male * * grounding terminal, which is connected to T80/6 1 terminal of J220; Terminal T6ad/ 1 of J338 is the signal output terminal of throttle position sensor 1, which is connected to terminal T80/68 of J220; T6ad/4 terminal of J338 is the signal output terminal of throttle position sensor 2, which is connected to T80/75 terminal of J220. T6ad/3 and T6ad/5 terminals of J338 are throttle driving devices, and T80/80 and T80/66 terminals of J220 output control signals to control the action of throttle driving motor.
