How to reduce the buffering force of 180 rotary cylinder

(Rack-and-pinion) 180 rotary cylinder is generally equipped with a rotation angle adjusting device at the end face of the cylinder, and an internal buffering adjusting device (adjusting the speed of buffering stroke) is installed at the side face of the cylinder head.

1. If the "Rotation Angle Adjustment" set on the cylinder end face is regarded as "Internal Buffer Adjustment", it can only be set to 179. However, you need to turn to 180, and the remaining 1 cannot be pushed by the buffer. Please confirm.

2. The internal buffer adjustment device arranged on the side of the cylinder head will not change the final rotation angle no matter how much buffer is adjusted. (In the process of reaching the position, there is an impact rebound (because it is an internal air buffer), but it will immediately return to the set 180).

3. The added external buffer, whether it is oil pressure, air pressure or spring type, will bring impact rebound to the cylinder angle to varying degrees. The longer and faster the swing arm of the on-axis mechanism, the stronger the impact rebound.

4. Reducing the impact force (buffering force) mainly depends on adjusting the absorption force of the external buffer and the internal buffer device of the cylinder to reduce the running speed of the cylinder.
