Observe the disassembly and assembly procedures of the throttle valve.

1. First, remove the pipe connecting the air filter on the throttle.

2. Find the plug of the air temperature sensor and the plug of the throttle position sensor on the throttle and remove them.

3. Remove the water pipe from the throttle valve, and be careful not to let the sensor connector get wet by water.

Generally, the throttle is fixed on the intake manifold with four screws, and you only need to loosen it with tools. Pay attention to catch it by hand when it is almost finished, so as not to fall into the engine compartment.

5. At this time, the throttle can be completely removed. During this process, be careful not to let sundries fall into the intake manifold.

6. During installation, install them in the reverse order.

When we clean the throttle, after removing impurities such as carbon deposit and oil stain, the throttle opening returns to its original position, and the computer records the position before cleaning, so the computer can't update the data in a short time, resulting in the mismatch of throttle opening. At this time, manual matching is needed.
