China building energy efficiency standard system?

China is a vast country with a large temperature difference between north and south. According to the Standard for Building Climate Zoning in China (GB50 178- 1994), the building climate zoning in China is divided into five zones, namely, severe cold zone, cold zone, hot summer and cold winter zone, hot summer and warm winter zone and mild zone. Different regions have different requirements for heating and air conditioning, such as cold and cold regions, and heating energy consumption is the main factor; In hot summer and cold winter areas and hot summer and warm winter areas, energy consumption of air conditioning is the main factor. Therefore, building energy-saving work should be organized and carried out differently in combination with climate conditions, economic level, energy supply, consumption concept and other factors in different regions.

China's building energy-saving work is also mainly carried out step by step in different climatic regions.

Due to the high heating energy consumption in the northern region, the former Ministry of Construction issued the industry standard "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings (Heating Residential Buildings)" (JCJ 26- 1986), 1986, which is the first design standard for energy efficiency of buildings in China. It is stipulated that heating residential buildings in cold and cold areas can save energy by 30% on the basis of local master design 1980- 198 1, which has started the work of building energy conservation in cold and cold areas. 1995, the former Ministry of Construction revised the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings (Heating Residential Buildings) (JCJ26- 1986) and issued the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings (Heating Residential Buildings) (JGJ26- 1995),/kloc-0.

In 200 1 year, the industry standard "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of New Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas" (JJ134-200 1) issued by the former Ministry of Construction stipulated that residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas (mainly in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River) would save energy by 50%, and it was announced in 2001and/kloc.

In 2003, the industry standard "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Areas" (GJG75-2003) issued by the Ministry of Construction stipulated that residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas (including most of Hainan, Guangdong and Guangxi, southern Fujian and a small part of Yunnan) should be energy-efficient, and the standard was issued in June 2003 at 5438+ 10/0.

In 2005, the Ministry of Construction and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued the national standard "Design Standard for Building Energy Efficiency", which stipulated that the energy saving rate was 50%. Implemented on July 1 2005.

At this point, the promulgation and implementation of these standards means that the building energy-saving design standard system covering three climatic zones and two building types has been basically established in China, from north to south, from residential buildings to public buildings, which provides the basis and means for the development of building energy-saving work in China.
