Does Audi need to disassemble the engine to change the throttle?

According to the driving display, you can clearly see the position of the throttle when you open the hood. To remove the throttle valve, you must first remove the hose connecting the air cleaner and the throttle valve. The two ends of the hose are fixed with circular clamps and fixed with screws, and the hose can be pulled out by loosening the screws. Here, we suggest that if possible, it is best to use a sleeve to screw, because the screwdriver is easy to turn the knob and the sleeve is relatively safer. After loosening the screw, hold one end of the hose with both hands and push it back, and the hose will be removed. Some automobile hoses may be rarely disassembled or installed unsteadily, making it difficult to disassemble. Don't pull hard, it is easy to damage the hose. You can try to twist left and right at the same time, and then try to retreat after the whole body is loose. You can see the throttle when the hose retracts. There will be a plug next to the throttle, which needs to be pulled out to remove the throttle. For vehicles that do not often remove the plug, the plug may be very tight and difficult to remove. At this time, we can pry it around the plug with the help of a small screwdriver, and it is easy to disassemble the whole plug after loosening. After removing the plug, the next step is to remove the throttle. The throttle is usually fixed with four screws, the upper two screws are easier to disassemble, and the lower screws are clumsy. We suggest that the following two screws that are difficult to remove should be removed first, so as to avoid that the lower screw is difficult to remove because the upper screw has been removed and not fixed properly, which will lead to the shaking of the throttle. According to our experience, it is convenient for us to loosen the screws with tools and then remove them by hand, but be careful that the screws fall into the engine room. After removing the four screws, you can remove the throttle, and the exposed pipe is the air inlet. It is not difficult to see from the picture below that there is obviously a lot of black carbon deposition at the air inlet of our demonstration car, but its cleanliness will be introduced later. I would like to remind you that after removing the throttle, it is best to cover the entrance of the air intake with newspapers and other items to prevent sundries from entering. So I know that I only need to open the engine cover, and I don't need to remove it.
