5. Electronic throttle

The 4G 1 series engines use the traditional cable throttle, while the 4A9 series is the advanced electronic throttle. The sensor detects the signal of the accelerator pedal, and the ECU controls the DC stepping motor on the electronic throttle to control the air intake of the engine and realize the change of the speed.

Electronic throttle can not only save fuel, but also reduce the emission of harmful substances. 4A9 series engines can easily meet the most stringent Euro 5 emission standards.
