Too much carbon deposition on the throttle causes the throttle to jam, the power is seriously reduced, and the idle speed is unstable, resulting in flameout; Throttle carbon deposit is serious and needs to be replaced in time.

The method for judging throttle carbon deposit is as follows:

1, disassembly method, disassemble the engine and check whether there is carbon deposit. This is intuitive, but time-consuming and laborious, and no matter what parts are disassembled every time, their performance will be more or less affected and their service life will be shortened;

2. Endoscopy: Remove the spark plug or fuel nozzle, and observe the carbon deposition degree of the valve with an endoscope. This method is very convenient, but the cost of endoscope is not small, and it is not widely used in maintenance, so not all maintenance enterprises are equipped with this equipment;

3. Observe the change of feedback voltage, and read the change of feedback voltage of oxygen sensor with diagnostic computer, thus indirectly detecting the existence of carbon deposit. Generally speaking, the feedback voltage of a normal oxygen sensor fluctuates between 0.3-0.7V, and there should be eight alternating changes of maximum and minimum values within 10 second. Once the valve produces carbon deposit, the feedback voltage of the oxygen sensor will fluctuate greatly.
