Generally speaking, the meridians in the human body can be divided into the twelve meridians, Qijing Eight Veins and the Middle Vein described by Tibetan tantric Gongjia. The twelve meridians refers to the channels of gallbladder, liver, lung, large intestine, stomach, spleen, heart, small intestine, bladder, kidney, pericardium and triple energizer, which connect the heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, large intestine and small intestine. In fact, this the twelve meridians is interlinked in every normal person's body, but in the eyes of ordinary people, it is like a narrow path, and the breath in the context is like a low-voltage current, which is very weak, but a well-trained Qigong person. The twelve meridians in his body can be a broad road, even a highway running upright. The breath in his context is like a flood, and the the twelve meridians of human body corresponds to the the twelve meridians branch. The blood vessels in the human body are divided into veins and arteries, and only the oxygen carried by red blood cells changes and runs. At this time, no matter whether it's the twelve meridians or Qijing Eight Veins, each meridian is divided into countless venules, and venules can separate more forked veins. These meridians, large and small, are intertwined like the internet of computers, and * * * maintains a great transformation of the whole body's breath in the human body. The more discerning qigong people are, they will find that there are many meridian networks in the human body that are not as developed as the virgin forest. The general practice of Qigong is to develop these useless meridian networks, and strengthen the the twelve meridians and Qijing Eight Veins, which have been operating normally, so that the healthy qi of the human body is very vigorous. In addition, I can tell many practitioners that the blood of the human body is centered on the heart, and the qi pulse of the human body is centered on the Yin Hui point under the crotch.

Acupoints are located in the "meridians"-the path of energy. There are 12 meridians in the human body (in fact, there are 24 symmetrical meridians). In addition, there is a "Ren meridian" in the center of the front of the human body and a "Du meridian" in the center of the back, each with a special meridian running through the whole body. These 14 meridians are lined with human acupoints, which are called "Zheng acupoints", and all of them have 365 acupoints.
