What is supervision?

Regulation is a concept of control theory.

The process of automatically correcting system errors through feedback of system state and keeping parameters such as speed, temperature, voltage or position unchanged or within a given range. Regulation must be based on feedback, and control includes closed-loop control based on feedback and open-loop control without feedback. The regulating system can be divided into two types: open loop and closed loop.

The open-loop system can only manually select the control function, and directly control the regulated quantity through the actuator (regulator).

Closed-loop system, with feedback loop, can automatically use the error signal to complete the adjustment process, so that the output of the adjusted equipment is consistent with the calibration value, or the difference is slightly allowable deviation.
