BMW Mini Throttle Disassembly and Assembly

The throttle opening of BMW n55 and the absolute pressure of the suction pipe are too low. The throttle of the car is dirty and not completely closed, which leads to the intake manifold not being completely sealed in the closed state. So the intake manifold pressure is too low, which can be solved by cleaning the throttle. The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Remove the engine air intake hose.

2. Turn on the power and press the accelerator pedal.

3. At this point, the throttle valve copy will open automatically.

4. Spray the throttle with detergent.

5. Wipe off the dirt.

6. Replace the air inlet hose.
