What are ics and laba?

ICS is the abbreviation of International Classification of Diseases, and it is a set of disease classification system for medical diagnosis and statistics formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO). The system is a standard used by medical institutions and professionals around the world to code and count diseases, causes of diseases and causes of death.

Laba is a traditional solar term in China, which refers to the solar term in beginning of autumn in the lunar calendar. Beginning of autumn is the first 13 of the 24 solar terms, which generally appears on August 7th or 8th of the Gregorian calendar.
