Disassembly method of old sagitar 1.6 intake manifold

1. Remove throttle control unit and hood.

2. Unplug the vacuum hose from the intake pipe to the brake booster.

3. Unscrew the bolt of the fuel distributor and press out the locking pin of the cable guide from the fuel distributor.

Sagitar 1.6 only has the bracket for the secondary air valve. Remove the two eight-axle-shaft screws above the cylinder block and branch pipe and the two screws below to remove the bracket. To remove the branch pipe, you need to remove the other six screws connecting the branch pipe to the cylinder body.
