How to tell if stamps are fluorescent?

The most practical way is to buy a small purple flashlight. Under the purple light, you can see that the front part of the stamp has green fluorescence.

Another method is to illuminate the stamp with ordinary light in a closed space without light, and then turn off the light source instantly, so that there is no light in the space and you can also see the green fluorescence on the stamp (the light perception is weak).
