4. After the noodles are cooked, continue to knead the noodles evenly and smoothly. Grab a small piece of dough, put it on the chopping board, knead it into strips, and then cut it into equal parts of flour. Roll the dumpling skin again.
Then pour the chopped green onion into the beef stuffing pot and stir evenly, so that the dumpling stuffing made of beef and onion is more delicious. The beef and green onion stuffing is ready, and now it's wrapped in jiaozi.
