Fuel is ejected at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft pin of the needle valve head and the nozzle hole, forming mist, which is beneficial to full combustion. The following is the troubleshooting of the fuel injector:

1. If the nozzle is blocked, it can be dredged with a needle and carefully cleaned after dredging. The large plane of needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of injector body, or the cylindrical surface of needle valve is seriously worn. If the large plane of needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of injector body, chromium oxide can be coated on the flat plate for figure 8 grinding; If the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is seriously worn, the needle valve couples should be replaced in pairs;

2. Poor sealing, poor sealing between needle valve and needle valve body, resulting in poor atomization of nozzle or oil dripping. For this kind of fault, fine chromium oxide or toothpaste can be coated on the sealing belt at the needle end, not on the cylindrical part, and then the needle valve can be inserted into the needle valve body and tapped until it is tightened. After grinding, chromium oxide or toothpaste must be washed off;

3. There is air, and there is air in the oil circuit. Only the air in the oil circuit needs to be removed; The oil supply is not smooth, and the oil transfer pump needs overhaul. If the tubing joint leaks, connect it as well as possible to prevent it from leaking;

4. Insufficient elasticity, insufficient elasticity of piston spring or spring fracture. Springs should be replaced; Piston wear, piston wear affects oil supply. The piston needs to be replaced.
