2. Onions should be planted in loam plots with rich organic matter content, deep soil layer, high and dry terrain and convenient drainage. The row spacing is 70cm, and the plant spacing is 5-8cm. Water should be stopped 7-8 days before harvesting to improve the storage resistance of onions stored in winter.
