Thermal transfer deformation can be carried out by adjusting the cylinder speed, dipping the four corners in water, covering and other methods on the flat thermal transfer press.

1, reduce the rising speed.

We can adjust the speed regulating valve (throttle valve or throttle valve) of the cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder) on the flat pressure heat transfer machine, turn down the valve that controls the lifting of the paper platen, and slow down the vertical speed of the paper platen, so that the paper and cloth are not easily sucked together when the paper platen rises and falls, and prevent deformation.

2. Four-corner impregnation method.

If the transfer paper is smaller than the fabric, you can apply a little water (a little, ≤0.5 square centimeter) to the four corners of transfer paper without printing patterns, and then cover it on the fabric for transfer printing. The place soaked in water will stick to the fabric during transfer printing, so that it will not be deformed after transfer printing.

3. Covering method.

If the transfer paper is larger than the fabric and can cover the surface of the fabric, then the paper and fabric will not be sucked up by the hot pressing plate generally, because the physical reason for being sucked up is the electrostatic effect of the fabric. When the paper covers the fabric, it will cut off the electrostatic effect on the fabric, so it will not be sucked up and dropped to cause deformation.

Working principle of thermal transfer printer;

At the same time, in order to control the sublimation transfer time conveniently, a time controller is added to remind the user when the set time is reached.

2. From the circuit principle, the thermal transfer equipment is a temperature controller and a time controller to control an electric heating device. The temperature and time can be set in advance, the temperature of the electric heating device is stabilized at the set value, and the power supply will be automatically turned off after the time reaches the set value.
