What is a biogas purification regulator?

The pressure regulator for biogas purification is a kind of equipment for regulating pressure, saving energy, safety and improving thermal efficiency in biogas transmission and distribution system. It is a new product integrating control valve, desulfurizer and pressure gauge. "Xinneng" brand purification pressure regulator adopts the technology of upper inlet and lower outlet, which ensures the convenient installation of the left and right gas inlets of biogas transmission pipeline, with unique streamlined design and beautiful appearance, as shown in Figure 5- 17.

The voltage regulator adopts a 2.5-liter desulfurization bottle, and the weight of the desulfurization agent is more than 2 kg; The opening for replacing the desulfurizer is outside the shell, and the regeneration and replacement of the desulfurizer can be completed without disassembly; The unique ω-type desulfurization bottle is adopted, which increases the contact area between biogas and desulfurizer and prolongs the purification time. The inner diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes of the desulfurizer is greater than 9 mm, and there is a grid to prevent desulfurizer particles from entering the pipeline. The desulfurizer has a large channel, which effectively reduces the pressure loss of biogas. The special pressure gauge for biogas is adopted to display the pressure intuitively and accurately. The special ceramic pressure regulating switch has good air tightness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, large valve diameter and long service life. Rubber caps are arranged at the inlet and outlet nozzles, which can effectively prevent the desulfurizer powder from leaking during transportation and play a role in dust prevention and waterproof. "Xinneng" brand purification voltage regulator has the following characteristics:

(1) The outer side of the wedge-shaped inner plug of the desulfurization bottle is matched with the inner side of the desulfurization bottle mouth, the upper end face of the inner plug is pressed against the desulfurization bottle mouth, and then the bottle cap is screwed on. The contact surface of the bottle cap is designed into a certain radian, which is closely matched, thus improving the sealing performance and thoroughly solving the problem that the bottle mouth of the desulfurization bottle is prone to air leakage.

(2) The included angle of the inner side of the desulfurization bottle cap is designed at a certain angle, which effectively eliminates the internal stress of plastic products and solves the problem of cracking of the desulfurization bottle cap caused by internal stress.

(3) The biogas purification regulator also has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, small volume, long service life, accurate pressure test, convenient and flexible flow adjustment, good desulfurization effect and easy observation of the use of desulfurizer, and is especially suitable for large-scale popularization and use in rural areas.
