What's wrong with the cold car idling?

The idling speed of cool car in Pacific Auto Network is high and low, which may be due to excessive carbon deposition in the engine. When there is too much carbon deposit in the engine, the gasoline sprayed from the fuel nozzle of the starting vehicle will be absorbed by the carbon deposit, resulting in too thin mixture and difficult starting. Only when the gasoline absorbed by carbon deposits is saturated can the vehicle be easily started.

First of all, it is necessary to rule out whether the idle speed of the cold car is high or low because one cylinder of the engine is not working well or because the idle speed is too low. If the engine speed is not too low and the speed is normal, it means that a certain cylinder is not working well. First check whether the ignition system is normal, and whether the ignition coil, spark plug and high-voltage line are normal.

Then adjust the idle speed, and make the engine run at the lowest stable speed by adjusting the throttle opening adjusting screw. Because it is necessary to carry out a series of inspections on the car before adjusting the idle speed, such as engine temperature, valve clearance, ignition system, pipeline sealing, throttle opening, throttle sealing and so on. It is not recommended for the owner to operate. It is best to go to a professional repair shop or 4S shop for adjustment. Adjust the idle speed when other parts of the vehicle (such as the intake manifold) are in good condition. If the intake manifold leaks air, the engine speed will become high and the idle speed will be unstable.
