Ask an expert to tell you the problem after cleaning the throttle and nozzle!

Fuel injector failure will lead to increased carbon deposition, unstable idle speed, increased fuel consumption, weak acceleration, difficult start-up, excessive emissions and so on. If it is serious, the fuel injector will be blocked and the engine will be damaged.

The fuel injector is a simple solenoid valve. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, suction is generated, the needle valve is sucked up and the nozzle is opened. Fuel is sprayed out at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft needle and the nozzle hole at the head of the needle valve, forming fog, which is beneficial to full combustion. As one of the key components of EFI engine, injector will seriously affect the performance of the engine.

The reason for the blockage is that the carbon deposit in the engine is deposited on the injector, or the impurities in the fuel block the injector channel. When the injector is blocked, pay attention to the following points;

First, don't coax the throttle, especially if the nozzle is blocked. After your big foot, the nozzle will be completely damaged.

Second, the fault light is turned on after a long period of poor combustion, and it will be reported after a certain number of times, indicating that the car did not burn well before, which may be that the oil or oil circuit deteriorated and there was no good fuel to burn.

Thirdly, if the oil circuit is not cleaned and improved, cleaning the throttle will lead to an increase in air intake, thinning of the mixer, vehicle idling jitter and throttle jumping.

Fourth, repairing a car doesn't mean it's okay. Repairs may aggravate problems elsewhere. This is normal and requires the use of exclusion.

Fifth, in the case of poor combustion, jitter and channeling, clean the oil circuit first, and don't replace the accessories in a hurry.

This is easy to handle. When such a fault code is encountered, it is confirmed by testing that the fuel nozzle is blocked. So the traditional method is to remove the nozzle and replace it. Let's start with the reason. We must first find out why we are blocked, so as to avoid being blocked in the future. After all, the replacement cost is very high. Will it be expensive to plug it in after replacement?

There are two kinds of blockage, one is the external blockage caused by dust and carbon accumulation outside the nozzle in the combustion chamber, and the other is the internal blockage caused by oil in the oil circuit. These two kinds of jams can be cleaned and dredged with PNF additive, which is non-corrosive and does not hurt the car. But you must use effective additives. Don't wait for something to go wrong before thinking about changing parts. It is too expensive to solve the problem.
