How to adjust the motorcycle valve and how much clearance?

1. The throttle is located above the motorcycle engine and directly below the fuel tank. According to the sound when the vehicle starts, the adjustment gap is determined, and the sound is gentle.

2. Remove the throttle of the carburetor with a cross screw.

3. Install the throttle valve on the throttle cable and then connect it to the carburetor.

4. After the motorcycle catches fire, turn the idling screw of the carburetor with a cross screwdriver to make the idling speed reach the maximum, and then adjust the mixing ratio.

5. Find the position with the highest idle speed, then turn the mixing ratio screw of the carburetor, and after listening to the sound of the engine, the adjustment is completed.
