Four-cylinder engine throttle pipe emits white smoke

Causes of white smoke in engine exhaust;

1. Cylinder liner is broken or cylinder pad is damaged. With the increase of temperature and pressure of cooling water, cooling water enters the cylinder. When exhausting, water mist or steam is formed, which is easy to form.

2. The fuel injector has poor atomization, low injection pressure and dripping oil. In the cylinder, the fuel mixture is uneven and the combustion is incomplete, resulting in a large number of unburned hydrocarbons, which is easy to form water mist or water vapor when exhausting.

3. The fuel supply advance angle is too small. Before the piston reaches the top of the cylinder, too little fuel is injected into the cylinder, and the combustible mixture is diluted. Excessive fuel injection will reduce the amount of premixed fuel, thus reducing the amount of premixed fuel. The premixed gas is reduced, which reduces the combustion speed, and the combustion ends late, forming a large number of water vapor and smoke.

There is water and air in the fuel. Water and air are injected into the cylinder together with the fuel, forming an uneven fuel mixture, which is not completely burned, and a large number of unburned hydrocarbons are discharged outside the machine.

5. The piston and cylinder liner are badly worn, resulting in insufficient compression force and incomplete combustion.

6. When the diesel engine just started, individual cylinders did not burn (especially in winter), and the unburned fuel mixture was discharged with the exhaust gas of other working cylinders, forming water vapor smoke.
