Damper assembly

Cleaning the carburetor requires some maintenance experience, otherwise it may not be well cleaned and debugged. If you must do it yourself, you must remember the assembly state of all parts and screws when disassembling, and you can take photos to record it if necessary. Pay attention to the connection of hoses during disassembly to avoid installation errors. When removing the carburetor, handle it with care and use appropriate tools. Be careful not to use cleaning agent to clean rubber parts such as vacuum membrane and sealing skirt of carburetor, otherwise it may cause expansion and deformation. After removing the carburetor, open the float chamber, remove the idle metering hole and the main metering hole, remove the vacuum membrane damper assembly, shake the cleaning agent evenly and spray it on rusty and stained places, and spray all holes and spray holes. If there is an air pump, it is best to blow all the holes with high-pressure gas after cleaning. The carburetor is corrosive, so be careful not to touch the plastic parts of the car body, and don't let them enter the eyes, nose and mouth. Clean all components and install them in the reverse order. Pay attention to avoid air leakage during installation. Install the throttle pipe, unplug the suction pipe of the fuel tank switch and suck it, and then plug it back in about half a minute, so that gasoline can be sucked into the carburetor, which is conducive to smooth start. When cleaning the carburetor, carefully disassemble the components in the carburetor, do not use too much force, and scrape the idle metering hole with a metal object as much as possible to avoid enlarging the nozzle hole.
