1. Planning and measurement:

Measure the size of feet with a ruler or pencil, determine the size of slippers to be made, and cut out the corresponding cloth or felt according to the size.

2. Making soles:

According to the size of the foot, cut two soles matching the foot shape on the selected cloth or felt.

3. Making vampires:

Use another piece of cloth or felt to cut out two uppers that match the sole according to the size of the sole. The size of the upper is slightly larger than the sole, which is convenient for subsequent sewing.

4. Sewing uppers and soles:

Put the upper and one side of the sole together and sew along the edge with thread and needle. When sewing, ensure that the upper is aligned with the sole, and leave enough space to turn the slippers to the correct position.

Repeat the same sewing steps on the other side of the sole and upper.

5. Flip and trim:

Turn the slippers over to the correct position, and make sure that the stitches are hidden in the slippers. Then trim the edges neatly with scissors.

6. Decoration and embellishment:

If you like, you can add decorations to the vamp, such as ribbons, colored embroidery threads, beads and so on. Make slippers more personalized and interesting.

7. Precautions:

In the process of sewing, it is necessary to ensure that the thread is firmly sewn to avoid the separation of the upper and sole.
