Hebi City is not restricted during the Dragon Boat Festival. Other time limits are as follows:

Restriction rule

"Tail number" refers to the number at the end of the motor vehicle number plate.

On Monday, the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates are 1 and 6;

On Tuesday, the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates were 2 and 7;

On Wednesday, the tail numbers of motor vehicle license plates were 3 and 8;

The tail number of motor vehicle license plate is limited to 4 and 9 on Thursday;

The tail number of motor vehicle license plate is limited to 5 and 0 on Friday;

Note: Trucks that have passed the customs gate should also abide by this restriction.

The following motor vehicles are not subject to the above measures:

1. Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering vehicles;

2. Buses, large and medium-sized buses, taxis, school buses and unit commuters;

3. All kinds of administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for road obstacle removal with unified body appearance identification and task execution;

4. Special vehicles for gardens, sanitation, municipal administration, heating, water supply, power supply, gas supply, oil supply, communication, postal service, mortgage, insurance exploration, news interview, blood collection and supply, medical waste transfer, harmless treatment and collection of livestock;

5. Funeral vehicles in funeral homes;

6. New energy vehicle special number plate New energy vehicle.
