Due to the different customs and habits of different regions and nationalities, paper-cutting has its own unique style, which can be roughly divided into two categories: simple engraving and complex engraving. Northern China is famous for its rough and unconstrained style and simple shape, belonging to the former; The south is famous for its lush composition, exquisite beauty and belongs to the latter. With the wide spread of paper-cutting art, the paper-cutting styles in different regions are constantly changing.
