What are the components of the mechanical arm and what is its general structure?

The arm is an important part of the manipulator's executive mechanism, and its function is to send the object to a given position, so the general manipulator has three degrees of freedom, namely, the expansion, left and right rotation and lifting (or pitching) movement of the arm. The left-right rotation and lifting movement of the arm is accomplished by the upright post, and various movements of the arm are usually realized by the driving mechanism (such as oil cylinder or air cylinder) and various transmission mechanisms. The structure, working range, flexibility, arm strength and positioning accuracy of the arm directly affect the working performance of the manipulator, so the structure type of the arm must be designed according to the requirements of grasping weight, motion form, degree of freedom, motion speed and positioning accuracy of the manipulator.

According to the structure of the arm, there are single arm type, double arm type and suspension type.

According to the form of athletes' arms, there are linear motion, rotary motion, up-and-down swing and compound motion. The structure and position of arms with different structural types and motion forms are also different, so too many details need to be explained in detail here. Please understand!
