Doosan 225-7 flameout cable replacement method is as follows:

1. Pass the throttle line through the upper cover of the carburetor, then put the spring on the throttle line, then extend the throttle line out of the throttle hole, pull it out of the next slot and go all the way to the end, and loosen the head of the throttle line from the Mekong groove at the bottom of the throttle;

2. When installing the throttle valve into the carburetor, pay attention to the fact that the throttle valve has a small inclined plane facing the idle screw, lower a long slot facing the side with bumps in the carburetor to the bottom, and then tighten the cover. At this time, you can see that the throttle has fallen from the throat of the carburetor to the bottom;

3. Open the plunger cover, and then pass the throttle line through the middle of the spring of the plunger cover;

4. Pass through the plunger hole of the throttle line, and then lock it with screws to complete the installation.
