How to store hawthorn?

1, ditch storage method

Choose a dry and cool area, and excavate a north-south groove for the foundation pit, with a depth of 30 cm, a width of 100 cm, an upper width of 100cm and a lower width of 90 cm, depending on the site and storage capacity. Spread a layer of sterilized sorghum straw or corn straw at the bottom of the ditch (soaked in 0.5% bleach solution for sterilization and air drying), and then spread a layer of sterilized wheat straw or fallen leaves at the bottom and wall of the ditch. The fruit is in the pit, piled in an arc shape, with the middle 15 cm higher than the road surface and the two sides slightly lower than the road surface. Sprinkle a layer of fallen leaves on it first, and then cover it with a reed mat. Before freezing, cover the reed mat in broad daylight to prevent wind and sun, and pull away the heat at night, of course, to reduce the temperature. When the farmland is covered with a thin reed mat and the temperature just begins to drop, the thickness of antifreeze should be increased again. After the temperature rises in early spring, the covering layer is reserved for heat preservation. Hawthorn fruit is best to leave the ditch at one time.

2. Cylinder storage method

Wash the cylinder with cold water first, then clean, disinfect and dry it with 0.5- 1% bleach solution. Spread a layer of sterilized fine sand on the bottom of the jar, and then pour the selected hawthorn fruits into the jar one by one. Pile up on the surface of the cylinder. Cover with fresh cabbage leaves or radish leaves, which is convenient to keep the humidity of the environment. Put the vat full of hawthorn fruit in the shade behind the house. Cover the cylinder head immediately when it rains. "Snow" and "Winter Solstice" are combined into one. Empty the jar and pick out the rotten fruit. Move the jar to a room without fire. If it freezes in the middle, stick grass and seal it. Generally stored until the Spring Festival, the good fruit rate is above 95%.

3, shed cellar storage method

Soak the qualified hawthorn fruits in 0. 1% polysorbate for 2 minutes, dry them after soaking, and then put them into high-density polyethylene bags with a length of 100 cm, a width of 75 cm and a thickness of 0.06mm, each bag is 25Kg. In the early stage, the temperature was high, and the bags were not tied, but overlapped with each other with a certain gap. The pithead is closed in broad daylight and opened at night. With the decrease of temperature, the bag is sealed, the covering layer is thickened, and it is generally not ventilated. Try to create a natural storage environment at or near 0℃. If it's dry in the shed. The road surface should be watered and humidified. Hawthorn fruit can be stored until April of the following year.

4. Frozen storage method

Crataegus pinnatifida fruit digested by triadimefon was put into high-density polyethylene bags with periodontal area of 100cm and 75 cm, each bag was 25Kg, and some engineering foam plastics soaked in saturated potassium permanganate solution were put in to digest and absorb butadiene with ripening effect caused by Crataegus pinnatifida fruit itself. After precooling, the fruit is sealed in a bag and stored in the refrigerator. The temperature in the warehouse is kept at -2-0℃, and the humidity in the bag is kept at about 90%. When co2 in the bag is lower than 2% or higher than 5%, open the bag for ventilation. This method can be preserved for half a year.
