Because of my fear of medical books and my perfectionism, I also regard the reading order of this article as a sacred purpose.

Cycling requires reading the original text first. This article mainly talks about the rise and fall of yang in the 24 solar terms and the law of the twelve meridians's cyclic movement.

The rise and fall of the sun's spirit in the twenty-four solar terms is easy to understand, but the movement law of meridian circle in the twelfth solar term is more difficult to understand.

Repeatedly reading the operating rules of Yang Shen in the 24 solar terms, comparing with the 24 solar terms in reality, and experiencing the changes of Yang Shen in each solar term, we can deeply feel the magic of nature.

The twenty-four solar terms are already well recited. Spring rain shakes the valley in spring, summer is full and summer is hot, autumn dew and frost fall, and it snows in winter.
