2. The valve has been used for a long time, and the sealing contact part is aging, which increases the valve resistance and needs to be replaced with a new valve;

3. The selection of the valve itself is unreasonable, and the torque of the actuator is too small;

4. There are foreign bodies in the pipeline, which block the sphere and increase the torque.

It is suggested to add a spare manual mechanism in the product design, and the manual switch can still be used under abnormal conditions.
