Usually, the boost pressure sensor is integrated with the air temperature sensor and fixed on the pressure pipeline by screws. This pressure pipe is located in front of the throttle assembly, and the sensor detects the pressure and temperature in this area.

The engine control unit uses the signal from the boost pressure sensor to adjust the boost pressure of the turbocharger.
